Q. Can I return my item(s)?

We have a 28 Day money back guarantee on Non Personalised Products. We do not accept returns on Personalised Products.

Q. Do I have to pay for postage to return an item?

Return postage is to be paid buy the buyer if they no longer want the item. Please contact us before so we can confirm return details.

Q. I have recieved my order but realised I sent the wrong personalisation information what are my options? 

Unfortunately if you have sent us the wrong personalisation information we wouldn't be able to send you a replacement as the product has already been personalised. You will have to purchase another unfortunately.

Q. I have just placed an order and realised I sent the wrong personalisation information. What should I do?

If you have accidently entered the wrong details you must contact as soon as possible to let us know otherwise the order will be created with the original information you sent.

Q. My order hasn't arrived yet?

Orders placed have a handling time of 1-5 working days before they are dispatched. If your order is sent 2nd Class please allow up to 5 working days to receive your order once it has been dispatched. That's 10 working days in total from purchase date to delivery date. If you have paid for 1st Class allow up to 3 days from the date that your order is dispatched. If your order hasn't arrived after this time please contact us. (Working Days Monday - Friday)

Please note that if you are ordering a product personalised with an image we will be unable to dispatch the order until the image has been provided. Instructions for providing your image will be in the products description.

Q. My order has arrived and is damaged. What should I do?

We will replace damaged items Free of charge. If you contact us as soon as possible and attach a photo of the damaged products we can get another dispatched to you within 2 working days.
